about.

about

Our core interest is new work for young people and family audiences delivered through puppetry, storytelling and mixed media.

Originally developed as part of the PuppetLink project funded by Arts Council England in1998 we then toured nationally for many years to small scale venues with further funding from ACE and from a portfolio of local authority partners.

Since 2010 we've concentrated solely on working in museums, schools and public spaces - particularly in the coastal resorts of Sussex-by-the-Sea.

Director Mary Frances is a celebrated puppet maker whose credits include work for theatre, film, ITV and BBC. She  oversees a core team of freelance creatives assembled for each new venture.

From the many projects created during nearly 25 years of work we've selected a dozen of our particular favourites to go in the gallery below.

Here are some of our clients and the venues we have played. (And two of our favourite feedback quotes)

“That was wonderful. I shall dream about it tonight in my head” (Molly aged 4)

“High production values and strong audience interaction. Our audiences loved it. They were booking up to come and see it again!. We completely sold out. Thank you very much” (Little Angel Theatre)
